MysticCowboy
is James Worthington.
Having studied composition, arranging and perfomance at Berklee
College of Music, Boston... Here in California he has
spent several years training with renowned World Music Composer
Lou
Harrison, Jazz Trumpeter / Arranger Ray
Brown, and Latin Percussionist Michael
Strunk. Some music projects that James
has been involved with include singing with the Santa Cruz
Symphony, Gamelan Si Aptos (Indonesian), Soplavientos (Andean),
Kanikapila with Auntie Bea (Hawaiian), the funk group JAB,
a Grateful Dead cover band known as the Dead Flamingos, the
trio Jwalkin,
and recently The Falling Stars.
